Morning Alan, Husband says I have improved, not hanging onto furniture anymore and gut symptoms are intermittent – HOORAAAAH.
Back symptoms almost gone. Cannot manage anymore than twice for the herbal mixture – just not organised enough; however take the ABC Nutripowder plus twice daily religiously – can feel the body lift within 10 minutes & symptoms subside. Tremors in left arm/hand have gone but still intermittent in left leg. Most important symptom at present, which is also new – dry throat, like I have been snoring all night. Starts as I move around and continues all day – abated by ABC powder. Less aggressive than last week. Pleased with improvement, can manage cooking again, going to start back on my exercise machine. Question from a customer: Can I take other supps when I am taking your ABC?

Alan’s answer: The ABC has everything! However, only in microdose. Your intake of the ABC is very low, i.e. just half to one teaspoon per day. This is the recommended dose. It is not a quick fix. It is meant to be taken long-term (forever!) so as to nourish all your cells in all your organs, including your bones and brain, all the time. I have been taking it since I first formulated it about 30 years ago. Its formulation has changed over time and now contains over 120 herbs. That gives you 10s of 1000s of nutrients (far greater than any multivitamin and mineral tablet available). But if you think you need more of any supplement e.g. vit D or C or B complex or Zn, etc., then there is no harm for you to take these as extra support while still taking your daily dose of the ABC powder.
