HerbaLax is a coarse dry mix of strong laxative roots and barks to either help regulate a sluggish bowel where there are regular days of constipation, or to be used to completely clear the intestinal crud on the walls of both the small and large bowel. It is used in my 5-Day Detox Program to help remove sludge, parasites, toxins, heavy metals, etc so to enable the intestines to function normally again, to improve the uptake of nutrients for the health of your cells and organs and brain. The dose depends on what you want to achieve, i.e. a low dose (half to 1 tsp) to regulate bowel movement, daily or 2-3 times a week; or a higher dose (1-2tsp) 1-2 times daily for 3-5 days for total bowel cleansing (start on a low dose to see how you respond).

It is best to keep tonic mixtures apart, ie at least 5-10 mins between doses, and on an empty stomach.
HerbaLax is best taken last thing at night for a good action in the morning. If it doesn’t work, take another dose (larger) until you get a result, but wait for an hour or so after the dose. Start on a low dose and increase until you get a good result. You can take this each night if you have chronic lazy bowel, until you can retain the bowel to work on its own accord by gradually weaning off HerbaLax.
They are strong herbs in HerbaLax, supported by other digestives and healers, so using the mixture responsibly is important, so that you can eventually leave it off altogether.

Hi Alan, Your herbs are amazing, thank you. After a week I stopped taking the herbalax as my stools were liquid and started to pour out. My stools are now on the softer side which I certainly do not mind but are watery towards the end. In the morning whilst I’m lying in bed I sometimes can almost feel my bowels working which is most unusual for me!

Hi Alan. Skin Detox. This was the gift that you sent me and I took it for one week starting two weeks prior to the Herbalax. I found it to be immediately effective in that my digestion significantly improved and elimination also. Coating on my tongue also started to reduce.
Total Body Detox Herbs. I stopped the Skin detox and started this one week prior to Herbalax. My elimination and digestion continued good though I did feel a bit off one day which I felt was the effect of detoxification.
Herbalax. I commenced this last Sunday and am taking 1 teaspoon twice daily. I may reduce that as the days go by but for now I feel the elimination is what I need and while stools are loose I don’t have diarrhoea. I did a 24 fast on Sunday and am doing another one today. So far I notice that bloating is almost gone. My tongue still has some coating and I use my Ayurved tongue scraper. The coating is much lighter than it was.
